The Roadshow has been developed to support Key Stages 4 and 5 through access to our extensive social history collections in your school.
Designed to take as little time as possible out of your busy timetable, we use a range of sources from our collections to develop students’ skills and confidence in how to see, question and argue with primary sources. Active participation and time for debate are facilitated.
Our material is customised to give specific support for subjects such as:- AQA - Britain: Health and the people: c1000 to the present day and Edexcel – Medicine in Britain, c1250 to the present day and can be modified to meet your needs.
Our sources are multi-sensory and include:-
- Handling objects
- Oral History
