Meditation for adults at the schoolyard
Meditation is a simple technique that helps focus your mind, be emotionally calmer, get a feeling of wellbeing and can help reduce stress. It’s simple but not necessarily easy - that’s why our teacher, Nickie, will lead you all the way, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Our guided meditations are opened to everybody -beginners to advanced,
All you need to join the class is a yoga mat and a towel (to place on the mat – not compulsory), a bottle of water, and you’re ready to go.
Classes are held on Sundays - 8.30 to 9.30am, in the schoolyard (when weather permits) or in the schoolroom. In order to respect the 2m social distancing regulations, we will only accept 10 people at a time.
This is a trial and we will welcome your feedback on the format, concept and venue (indoors and outdoors). If these sessions prove to be popular, we will start regular classes on Sept 20th.
Make sure to book your place. Drop-in are possible but you’ll need to bring the correct amount as we don’t handle change.
