Go back to the time of Charles Dickens and get into role as a poor street child. Earn your keep doing some chores and helping with laundry day, and get crafting with rag rugs. Do our mystery object quiz and find out about the gruesome and hazardous side of life. If you feel brave you can even have a lesson with a Victorian teacher and practise your pen and ink writing.

Activities are aimed at children aged 4-11 years old. Accompanying children 3 and under are welcome but they may need extra assistance with some things.
All children to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all time. Adults attend free.
The Museum is not open outside of the stated activity session times on these days and not all the Museum displays will be accessible.
